Simply Delicious: Fall Fruit Salad


Sometimes the best tasting foods are the ones that require the smallest effort, letting the flavors of the foods speak for themselves.  A quick stop at the farmer's market this morning yielded me some beautiful produce, and here is what it turned into.


1 persimmon sliced thin
1/4 champagne mango chopped
1 guava, skinned and seeded, flesh chopped
a couple handfuls pomegranite arils



toss together lightly in a bowl and enjoy the delicious bright flavors.
