More Beaming D.I.Y Smoothies, Day 10
I'm loving using Beaming's fresh pressed juices and nut milks as a base for my smoothies, but keep in mind that if you don't live in San Diego or can't get to b'Bar you can replicate these ingredients on your own too. This smoothie includes a cup of 'salad spinner' red juice. It's a blend of carrot, celery, cucumber, beets, beet greens, apple, ginger, romaine, lime, and turmeric. This recipe would work well with a juice of just beet, carrot, apple, and cucumber if you didn't want to press everything that's in 'salad spinner'. Here's your easy to sip recipe....
Salad Spinner Smoothie:
1 cup Beaming Salad Spinner Juice
1 cup fresh coconut water (boxed if fresh isn't available)
1 large handful of spinach
1/8th of a ripe avocado
1/2 of a frozen ripe banana
4 Tbsp of Beaming raw plant based protein
3 ice cubes
Blend & garnish with bee pollen granules.
