This is a staple at our home, one that is made nearly every morning. The fruit changes based on the season. This time of year it's often pear or apple with banana, in the summer we use peaches and nectarines with banana, and fall months often include orange and banana. Anyway you make it, it's the simplest green smoothie, a sure fire standby, and my boyfriend's daily go to.
Use these simple ingredients along with 1 cup of water and a couple ice cubes.
1 cup water, 2 ice cubes, 1 banana, one cored pear, 2 heaping cups of spinach: blend well |
