Lavender Green Smoothie


This smoothie is the perfect combination of energy food and calming lavender to help you make a clean break from the weekend debauchery and get your mind back into the work week.

1 cup coconut water
1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk (or rice, coconut, hemp, etc)
2 fistfuls of spinach
1/8 of an avocado (or just enough to give the smoothie some body)
3 Tbsp Beaming Protein Powder (or your preferred protein powder)
1/4 tsp of culinary lavender
one straw :)

Blend all of the ingredients except for the lavender and use it just to garnish.  Drop in a straw and start to slurp!
