Chew Less, Smile More.

Who doesn't want supreme happiness?  That's why you and me are going on a 21 day negativity detox.  That's right...YOU and ME!  For the next 21 days we will be filled with affirmation, aspirations, positive light, love, and boundless optimism (notice how your glass is already half full?)!  To get you up to speed, here are a few tips from my dear friend Sheree Trask to get you started (follow her great health tips and newsletters here).

I tell you....I'm already reaping the rewards from Day 1.  Day one's positive vibes yielded me a few random gifts of kindness, an excellent play date and beach time with puggie and love puppet, and the opportunity to rescue a cute pug whom we temporarily named Max.  I honestly feel on top of the world!  I think this might be contagious, so i urge you to jump on the happiness train with me.

Change your perception to change your reality, it all starts with the thoughts you think....You're thoughts become your feelings, your feelings become your vibration, your vibration becomes your life.  Ultimately it's your vibration that determines if you are attracting what you want in your life.....Jessica Ainscough the Wellness Warrior

What do you want to change about yourself?  Are you stuck in a rut or a cyclical pattern?  Do you get hung up on the same things day in and day out?  Do you hear yourself talking sh*t to yourself?  Are you trapped spilling time on the computer with work or social media instead of soaking up fresh air and sunshine?

Yeah, it's time for a negativity cleanse.

Buddha said,  "You, yourself, more than anyone else in the entire universe deserve YOUR love and affection."

So turn up the radical self love, and turn down self depreciating words.

just like that.

Instead of getting hung up on a part of your body you don't love... focus on each part that you do - girlies, play it up - buy a shirt that shows shoulder, or make your eyes smoky, play up your fave parts and forget the others...everyone else will too.

Instead of beating yourself up over incapabilities, focus on your many talents.  You are a unique, beautiful individual that has a LOT to offer.  Stop focusing on what you don't have and start letting who you truly are shine!!!

Instead of hating on yourself for slip ups, embrace the bumps in the road that steer you in the direction that life is meant to take you.  Experience builds character.

The glass is not half full....it's spilling over!  oooozzzzzing, bubbling, and about to flood with self love, kindness, and happiness.

Instead of losing the day caught up in social media, tabloids, pinterest, etc, get out in the sun and soak up some fresh air.  Get on your bike, call up a buddy, strap on your tennies, and use your two sexy stems to take you somewhere or  simply nowhere - just get out, shut down, and enjoy life more!

What you focus on expands.  Where you put your attention becomes more real.  So focus on what you want to create, what makes you happy.  Release negativity.

1.  Start by making a happiness/self love journal.
2.  Decorate said journal in any way you want.
Fill it with images that make you happy, pictures, and quotes.
Write in affirmations, lyrics in songs you love, and compliments you are given.
Write in that which inspires you, your successes, and actions you want to make....

                    THEN MAKE THOSE ACTIONS HAPPEN!

3.  Write in your love journal daily....hourly....remind yourself of what you love/what makes you happy.  Note everything.  Note color combinations that make you feel good...then put more of those colors in your home and budoir.
4.  Compliment yourself, and those around you.
5.  Surround yourself with positive people.
6.  Move your sexy God Pod.  Exercise releases endorphins, those happy hormones.  So shake yo' money maker MORE!
7.  SMILE MORE.  This simple act of love and kindness not only makes YOU feel (and look) amazing, but everyone else that's graced by your pearly whites as well.
8.  Give more love.  Hug someone.  Kiss someone.  Hold hands...even with your best friend.  Make physical connections.

Why only 21 days and not 365?? (a good question asked by my love puppet).  My response:  I'm starting with 21, a tangible goal, and we'll see what happens from there.

The good news is, it takes 21 days to make a habit.....so perhaps in 21 days 1000's of us will be more happy, positive, kind, and loving.  I can't think of a better result from the simple task of appreciating one's self worth and focusing on the positive!
