Fire Starter Skinny Cooler, Green Challenge Day 6


Fire in the hole!  This 'Skinny Cooler' based smoothie is a bit spicy and perfect for increasing metabolism and digestive fire.  Great for a cooler morning when you want your green smoothie, but you also want to warm up internally.  It's made with one of my favorite juices from b'BAR, but i'm sure you could improvise with a fresh pressed pineapple cucumber juice and add mint to the smoothie, or even toss in a little pineapple, cucumber, and mint.

Fire Starter Skinny Cooler

one skinny cooler (a 16 oz juice of pineapple, cucumber, mint, & jalapeno)
2 handfuls of organic spinach
1/4 avocado
3 Tbsp Beaming Protein Powder
1 pinch of dried ginger
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
optional Tbsp of cilantro
3 ice cubes
