Eating with Go Raw, Day 11

It's labor day weekend and Suns out Buns out, Baby.  I've filled my cup with a great yoga class this morning and now I'm headed down to the beach to officially 'check out' and take a little digital detox (aka no more daily blog love, friends).  Here's my final Day 11 go raw meal pack.  I hope you've enjoyed the noshes and notes, have been inspired by all the pictures of healing foods, and created some upgrades for yourself over the past couple weeks.  Keep reading on for today's meal pack details.  Sending you lots of love, sunshine, and good times this fun summer weekend.  xoxoxoxoxo

Day 11 Noshes:


Contents:
Green Blend (spinach, romaine, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, banana, sprouted chia, lemon, spirulina)

Garnet & Gold Salad:  green and red leaf lettuce, spiralized beets, shredded squash, *riced cauliflower, & sprouts

Take On Greek Salad:  Spring mix, *riced cauliflower, cucumber, tomato, red onion, a greek vinaigrette

*to 'rice' cauliflower: simply put in a food processor with an S blade and pulse to the texture of rice
spicy flax snax with raw hummus
