60 Day Challenge Complete: Before/After & Challenge Details

Hi Friends.  
I'm so excited to share with you today my results from the 60 day fitness challenge!


I'm one of those people who ALWAYS has belly fat... ALWAYS.  Because i eat well and respect healthy practices, I had considered that my spare tire was stitched into my DNA despite what others argued.  I am a considerably active person (i teach multiple vinyasa yoga classes a day and most days a week carve out time to exercise as well).  This fit challenge started as a personal experiment to try a specific program (one that actually asked me to work out less, just smarter and add in a specific superfood blend) to push me out of my plateau and has completely transformed my life and career.  PLEASE let me know if you are looking to make great changes also.  I will coach you through the challenge OR help you set up your business as a coach and wellness provider.  It is life changing in only the BEST of ways.

Day 1/ Day 60 / lbs and inches lost


weight  138 / 131 / 7lbs

waist  32 / 29 / -3 inches

chest  35 / 33.5 / - 1.5 inches

love handles  35/ 32.5 / - 2.5 inches

hips  38 / 36.5 / -1.5 inches
thighs  20 / 19.5 / - .5 inches
calves  14 / 13.5 / -.5 inches
arms  11 /10.5 / -.5 inches

TOTAL = 7lbs and 10 inches!!!!  
I honestly didn't even know i had that much to lose!
