Stepping Up My Game: Green Challenge Day 8



One week into my Green Smoothie Challenge and i'm ready to take it to the next level.  I hit up b'Bar yesterday and got some cleanse essentials, killer raw carrot soup, plenty o'juice, and their stellar superfood plant based protein powders.  This morning's smoothie was a combo of Beaming's Nut Milk (made with almonds, vanilla, cinnamon, himalayan sea salt, and dates) and Beaming Raw Organic Superfood Protein Powder with Greens.  Here's the easy recipe:


Beaming Green Smoothie:

1 cup beaming nut milk (available at b'Bar or make your own)
1 cup coconut water
2 large handfuls of organic spinach
1/4 of a ripe peeled avocado
3 Tbsp Beaming Greens Protein Powder
3 ice cubes
*and optionally add a little ginger powder or cayenne to boost your digestive fire.

bl-bl-blend it up!
