Eating With Go Raw, Day 9... PLUS my 7 grain and chia cereal RECIPE (pictured)!

Though the small Go Raw Life Center meal pack is a much better size for me, when i went in today to pick up my pack i noticed that today's entree was a raw vegan sushi.  Was i supposed to turn a blind eye to this and walk out with just two salads and juice?  The correct answer here is NO.  Scroll down for the breakdown on today's meals and my recipe for a killer gluten free hot cereal.

Day 9 Notes & Noshes:

The Small Go Raw Life Center Meal pack contains oranges, mini go raw bar, square of chocolate, raw crunch salad, juice or smoothie, greens and yellow salad, spicy seed mix, AND i picked up the raw vegan sushi as an extra.

5am Watermelon before i taught yoga (watermelon left over from yesterday's pack)

8am Green Juice made with kale, romaine, celery, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon.  I always order this with 1/2 the apple and extra lemon

8:30am 7 Grain & Chia Gluten Free Cereal (recipe originally posted on Aug 15).  Scroll down to page-end for recipe.
11:30am Raw Crunch Salad with spicy pumpkin seeds.  I made my own low fat dressing from stone mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar and ate 3 pieces of the 'not ahi spicy sushi' which is made with a sunflower seed and almond based rice.
5pm  Post yoga: 2 oz protein packed slice of smoked salmon.

7:30pm I shared the Greens and Yellows Salad with zucchini, snow peas, sesame seeds, and a sesame ginger dressing with my boyfriend, along with some grilled catfish, and a chardonnay.

I did not eat the mini go raw bar, oranges, or spicy seed mix today.  The seed mix should hold and will be a good addition to any dishes i make in the days to come.  The three remaining sushi pieces were devoured happily by my boyfriend :) 

7 Grain & Chia Gluten Free Cereal:

1/3 cup popped amaranth (click link on photo above for how to pop amaranth)
1 Tbsp chia seed
1/2 tsp of coconut sugar
1/8 tsp sea salt
almond milk or creamer
2 Tbsp Go Raw Apple Cinnamon Granola

Put GF 7 grain cereal, popped amaranth, chia, coconut sugar, and sea salt in a mug and cover with hot water.  Stir and cover for about 5 minutes to thicken.  Pour in a couple Tbsp's to 1/4 cup of almond milk or creamer (depending on thickness preferred).  Sprinkle with Go Raw Granola.
